SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
Sent via China Air Mail, Monday through Friday and is Shipped next business day after order is placed. Shipping is free for
orders from most countries in North & South America, Africa, Asia, The Caribbean, Europe & Australia. However, there might be a cost
for shipping goods to a small portion of these countries.
As soon as your order is being shipped; you'll be notified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. However, there might be exception to a few countries. If your country is one of those countries; to
which we are unable to ship goods to; we sincerely & deeply apologize for this regrettable annoyance and inconvenience.

Where's my order?
Note that orders are normally shipped within 1 - 2 business day, Monday-Friday.
After your order has being shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number
may take 1-2 business days to become active.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our warehouse ships out orders on a rolling basis, Monday-Friday. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after they've been
placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. While we make every effort to get your orders to you, as
soon as is possible, if you would like your order to come quicker; please send us an email at: info@carumbus.com

Please note, there will be a cost associated with express delivery of all goods.
To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes.
My tracking # hasn’t being updated in a couple of days. What’s going on?
Don't fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
My tracking # says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. What should I do?
Check your mailbox! Depending on the size & shape of the goods you ordered; a lot of the time - they can
typically fit in mailboxes ( also...depending on how many items were in your order).
If the package isn't in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have
received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
While we can't take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite
quickly!

RETURNS
Return Policy and Process
All full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Given the delicate nature of what we
sell, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return. To help

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping. If you'd
like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct $5 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
Please note,
♦ Exchanges, and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to
confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
♦ Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
♦ While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
♦ If you're returning part of a Bundle, the refunded amount will reflect the item's Bundle price, not the standard full price
of the item.
♦ If you're returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item's proportionally discounted
price, not the standard full price of the item.
♦ Items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
♦ Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
Can I return an internationally shipped order?
Yes, international orders are eligible to return through the mail courier of your choice. International customers are responsible
for returns shipping fees and obtaining a tracking number for your shipment - unfortunately, lost shipments will not be refund.
Also, any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
